To maintain an "Excellent" account health status, please make sure that:
1. Your listings are accurate, up to date at all times, and also meets SASOM's product guidelines.
2. Fulfill your orders on time
If you violate our terms and service, it will affect your seller account health status, according to the Seller Penalty. The status will be changed to 'Average' or 'Poor'.
To improve your account health status from 'Average' or 'Poor', simply follow SASOM's Terms & Conditions to avoid warning or penalty notice and maintain your Seller credit to 0 or more (≥ 0)

No Warning or Penalty notice issued to account in the past 1 month
Status: Average
Warning notice issued to account in the past 1 month
Status: Poor
Penalty notice issued to account in the past 1 month
