A penalty notice will be sent via email and mobile notification in the case when you've breached Seller Prohibited practices after receiving the warning notice.
You may be penalized by one or more of the following:
✳ Your current listing might be removed.
✳ Your Seller tier might be reduced.
✳ Your seller credit might be deducted and calculated on the following payout.
✳ Your account might be suspended or disabled.
✳ Your account health status will be moved to "Poor" and under assessment for 2 months.
Your account will automatically be updated to "Average" when:
1. You haven't received any warning or penalty notice within 2 months
2. Seller credit: 0 or more (≥ 0)
