We want to ensure that you always get the perfect fit when you purchase apparel from SASOM. If you are not completely satisfied with the sizing of your recent apparel purchase, you may be eligible to exchange or return the item for a refund.
To request an exchange or return of a product, please contact our customer service within 3 days after receiving the item. We will contact you to provide the following procedures as soon as possible.
Exchange/Return Conditions
✳ This size insurance add-on is currently applicable for brand new apparel purchased from April 20, 2023 onward.
✳ The product is unworn, unwashed, and in flawless condition.
✳ The SASOM authentication tag must remain attached and show no signs of being removed.
✳ Exchanges will be allowed for the same product in a different size and limited to one time only.
