SASOM defines “Pre-owned” bags as follows:
✳ Show signs of being used.
✳ Original packaging and accessories that the manufacturer may have included are optional.
✳ No major damages such as broken straps, broken clasps, or any other major damages.
All items are represented by product photos and the listed equipment. Buyers should thoroughly review these photos before making a purchase. If damages or missing packaging aren't specified by the seller, the transaction will proceed according to SASOM's product guidelines.
SASOM continually updates the authentication standards to ensure smooth transactions between trading parties and to establish more balanced authentication criteria. Please refer to the latest authentication standards before proceeding with a transaction.
All products, whether sold or purchased, are shipped only after SASOM's professional authentication team has thoroughly checked the product's condition and confirmed its authenticity.
Precautions regarding bags:
✳ SASOM performs basic quality checks and authentication, but as an intermediary, SASOM is not responsible for the manufacturer's warranty for each product.
✳ For questions regarding product functionality or related issues, please contact the manufacturer.
In addition to the criteria outlined by SASOM's authentication standards, products that are not recognized as defective by the manufacturer for the reasons listed below, or products that cannot be clearly identified based on our authentication standards, will not be considered defective. As a result, purchase cancellations will not be allowed for these reasons.
✳ Issues that may arise due to the manufacturing process, distribution process, or material characteristics.
Regarding ambiguous product conditions, non-specific product conditions, and individual differences due to the manufacturing process of a specific model, the final decision will be made by the authentication center manager.
Note:
✳ If no response is received from the buyer within 24 hours of notification, the product they intend to purchase will automatically be deemed to have passed inspection, and cancellation will not be an option.
